The concept of Four Frogs Crêperie originated in 2012, when four French friends (the “Four Frogs”) met and decided to establish the first authentic French-style crêpe restaurant using the experienced chef Florian Guillemard.  The idea was to create an original offer that would blend the modern aspect of the Australian lifestyle with traditional recipes and know-how of chefs and cooks coming from Brittany, the home of crepes in France.  It leads to the opening of two restaurants, one in Mosman in 2013 and the second in Randwick in 2014, offering quality crêpes and galettes based on traditional recipes with a modern twist.  Our crêpes and galettes are an ideal type of food for a light healthy breakfast, or for a quick lunch on the go, and can provide an original alternative for an evening meal, consumed in the French tradition with cider or wine.
