For food and cooking lovers, one of the highlights of this year’s BBR French festival are the “Tour de France” cooking Masterclasses held daily by French Chefs to learn how to cook traditional dishes from the regions visited by Le Tour de France 2016.

From the famous Normand Mont St Michel to the big Mont Blanc and wild Pyrénées, explore the culinary specialties of these summits crossed by “Le Tour “ in 2016.

BBR Festival 2016 features 11 cooking classes over 4 days with experienced French chefs. Chefs open the door of their kitchen to reveal the secrets of the culinary creation and give you techniques and recipes of modern French cuisine.

Choose from our range of “Tour de France” menus, there are 3 different masterclasses per day at the BBR Festival Cooking Pavilion on Scout Place/AMP Square.

The Masterclasses are ticketed events. Tickets are $77 per person per class including degustation of the prepared dish and a glass of matching French wine at the end of the Class.

This year, BBR Festival Master Classes will take you through a culinary journey inspired by the main steps of Le Tour De France : from the Mont Saint Michel to the Mont Blanc , 3 menus to revisit France ‘s most iconic recipes. 1.5 hours «hands on» with French Chefs, degustation + one glass of matching wine .
